نبذة مختصرة عن شركة أزيان
تأسست شركة أزيان كابيتال في 2007 كشركة مملوكة بالكامل لبيت التمويل الكويتي تحت
اسم (بيت التمويل الاستثمارية). خلال سنواتها العشر لعبت الشركة دوراً أساسياً في عدد من
الأسواق المالية و لعل أهمها سوق الصكوك والهيكلة المالية. حققت خلال هذه المسيرة
القصيرة العديد من الإنجازات حيث قامت بترتيب و اتمام عشرات الصفقات بمئات الملايين
من الدولارات، كما نالت الشركة العديد من الجوائز العالمية التي تشيد بكفاءتها العالية في
إدارة الاستثمار.
في عام 2016 قام فريق إدارة استثماري محترف يمتلك خبرات في أسواق المال والعقار
الخليجية تقدر بـ 150 سنة بالاستحواذ على الشركة الشركة. قامت الإدارة الجديدة بعد دراسة
طويلة للوضع الاقتصادي والسوق المالي في الكويت والمنطقة بتغيير جذري في استراتيجيتها
الاستثمارية تهدف من خلالها لاقتناص أكبر الفرص الاستثمارية في السوق المالي المحلي و
الإقليمي. وتعمل الشركة وفق أحكام الشريعة الإسلامية وتخضع جميع أنشطتها الاستثمارية
للرقابة الشرعية.
Established
It became the State Association of Investment Companies in 1941. In 1940,Company members included 68 mutual funds and 43 closed-end funds,and assets for the fund industry totaled $2.1 billion.
Became The Investment Expert
SAIC changed its name to the Investment Expert in 1999,the year that underwriters and advisers of mutual funds became eligible for membership.IE objectives are essential organizing priciples for the many and varied activites in which the comapny participates.
IE Relocated To Washington,DC

Today,in 2016,IE celebrates the 75th anniversary of its founding and of the key legislation that gave rise to the modern fund industry.IE serves as a spokesman for funds and their share holders before policymakers,opinion leaders and the global media.
